I am unable to covert files to pdf as a message pops up to say my trial period has expired, I have been subscribing for two years & pay monthly

I am unable to convert files to pdf as every time I attempt to a pop up message says my trial period has expired even though I pay my subscription monthly for the last 2 years.

    Hi alanm68415692,

    I can see that you have subscription for Acrobat Standard DC. Please open Acrobat Standard DC, navigate to Help menu & click on Deactivate/Sign Out.

    Relaunch Acrobat Standard DC, navigate to Help menu & click on Activate/Sign In. Enter your Adobe ID & password to activate it.

    Let me know if the issue persist.
