Question

I cancelled my trial, but still being charged

Hello

I was careful to cancel my trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC before the 7 day trial ended, but I am still being charged for this at £15.19 per mointh. Can you please check and cancel this subscription? A refund of unauthorised charges would be appreciated.  I could not use the product when I downloaded it, and have deleted it from my computer.

Many Thanks

Janet Evans

As a general note: uninstalling, or deleting a trial does not cancel any obligations or payments. So if you didn't specifically cancel it, you will continue to pay for the year, and future years, until you actually do cancel.

I remember being on the Adobe site when I cancelled, because it asked questions about why I wanted to cancel. Thank you for your reply.

You should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

I have followed the link that you supplied. This eventually takes me to a page which states that I will be charged a cancellation fee. But I definitely completed this page previously before the end of my free trial.
