Hello Techscapel,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to upload PDF files using Adobe ExportPDF tool, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, try uploading/exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference

Hi sharon,

Have you tried combining any other PDFs apart from ones which fail to combine?

Are the PDF files complex or simple?

You might try using a different browser.

Regards,

Anubha

I am uploading the pdf's from the Adobe Export PDF Tool. I've tried several pdf files from complex reports to simple converted word document and none will upload. I have had no issues with these files until now.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader DC and facing this issue, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and then check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and then try uploading/exporting the PDF files.

If the issue still persists, please try connecting the machine to a different network environment like a guest wired/wireless network or a mobile hotspot and try uploading and exporting the PDF files.
