I have a single file that has 12 time sheets on it. Each time sheet needs to be Digitally signed via certificate. one ny one. When I sign the first sheet it won't allow me to sign any more of the sheets? any ideas?

That won't work. You can't duplicate a signature field.

You don't need to do that. A digital signature applies to the entire file as a whole. Signing it once is enough.
