I have a problem sign in with my account--can I get my money back?

I have a problem sign in with my account. It is very confugsing. I have adobe reader x but adobe company made me try adobe xi so I tried for free trail. It was too heavey that it causes too much trouble. so Unistalled it. after unistall adove xi, adobe x had trouble. so i reinstalled it. today, I tried to use PDF converter (PDF to word) on line for school, I could not sign in to my account anymore. I'm paying for one year serivice for PDF converter online. So, I want my money back or must fix problem right away.
