I just signed up for AdobeExportPDF, and now I cannot open any of my existing PDF documents in my files. Why? How can I fix this?

I think it's fine now. Seems I had to update Adobe Reader. My PDFs open now.

Hi harrisonmr,
ExportPDF is an online service, and there's nothing to download to your desktop, so it shouldn't have affected your PDF files. What happens when you try to open the PDF files? Are you opening them in Reader, or trying to open them in a web browser? I did recently work with another customer on this issue, and it turned out that an update to Firefox had somehow affected the file associations on her computer.
Please provide some specifics about how you're opening the files, what type of system you have (Mac OS or Windows), and what happens when you try to open those files.
