I have paid for Acrobat PDF convertor so I can convert my PDFs to word doc. Since it has become Reader DC, it no longer allows me to convert, but only asks me to buy the whole Acrobat Pro.

    Did you sign in with your Adobe ID?

    Hi ziggigold,

    Please sign-in Acrobat using your Adobe ID or you can use export pdf web interface for pdf conversion, here's the link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Nonsense I have download everytime. Why am I paying for my pdf if it does not open directly

    I don't understand what that means.  We asked you if you signed in with your Adobe ID?


    I did and realise it just allows me to convert in browser not from document
