Hey nicolab9788524,

Could you please let me know what version of Acrobat are you using.

In Acrobat XI, when you save PDF as Excel Spreadsheet, there is 'Settings..' button in the save as dialog box.

There, you can define how decimal symbols and thousand separators should appear.
