I have tried for 3 days to convert tiff to pdf and I just paid for Adobe for a month and my conversion failed

I tried to convert a tiff file to pdf but the conversion failed. WHY

    Sara,

    I finally figured it out and was able to convert my jpeg files to pdf. I thought I could scan multiple files and convert a group at a time but never did figure that part out. Thanks for getting back to me.

    Hi oldwomanneedshelp,

    I see that you've just purchased an Adobe PDF Pack subscription. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this:

    • Are you trying to create the PDF via the web interface, or via Adobe Reader?
    • If you're using a browser, which one?
    • And, if you're using Reader, what version?
    • What is the error that you're receiving?
    • Are you able to convert other files?
    • How large is the file that you're trying to convert.

    I look forward to receiving your answers to these questions--then, we should be able to figure out what's going on.

    i'm having the same problem.  i'm using adobe reader XI. and am trying to convert tiff to pdf
