I just uploaded a file from my computer and the process was completed however the file is not being added to my adobe file? How can I retrieve my newly uploaded files?

Hi qiuam777,

You may just need to clear the browser cache and refresh the page to see the file. Please log out of your Acrobat.com account, clear the cache, and then log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Do you see the file now?
