I keep getting an error "conversion failed"

I need help please.   I keep getting an error when also trying to convert from PDF to WORD.   All it says is "conversion failed".  I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended on this site, and currently paying to "export" files.

I hope the issue should now have been resolved. But if you are still struggling with this error and looking for the resolution, then you may refer to the similar discussion here- Re: Conversion Failure 

Also, you may install the  latest version of Adobe Reader DC desktop application and try the conversion through that- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

I also have the same issue, so I opened the website https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and tried to upload the PDF file.

Even though I tried to upload and convert the file to DOCX file, the website also gives me the same message as  'Conversion Failed'.

What should I do for it?
