I keep receiving the error message, "Error uploading documents." Please help ASAP!

I keep receiving the error message, "Error uploading documents" whenever I try to send a document using Adobe Send and Track. I've tried different browsers, different computers, different documents, etc., and always receive the error, no matter what. I even cleared out several large documents that were stored on Adobe Send & Track, but it still won't work. Please help ASAP!

Could you please confirm the exact size of the file that you have been trying to upload and send?

Also, as you have mentioned above that it has been checked using other web browsers. So could you share the exact workflow that you follow?

If you have tried the web browsers, would you also check it with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
