I'm an Adobe PDF Pack subscriber and can no longer convert PDF to powerpoint or Word - what am i doing wrong?

Hi Jasonthebirkett

When you say that you have not been able to convert the pdf to powerpoint, so what type of error you are receiving? Is it giving you conversion error or redirecting you to "Buy Now" page?

If its one of the above scenario, then you may check the following steps-

1- If you are getting conversion error while converting the pdf to excel, the you may follow the troubleshooting steps suggested in the related thread- Re: Conversion Failure

2- If its a subscription repurchase error then you may check-

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
