I'm trying to learn how to open a book I downloaded and can;t do it can someone help?

I have downloaded a book but can't figure out how to get it open to read it it downloaded as book246_pdf but I can;t get it open can so9meone teach me how to do this or change it to Pdf so I can read this?  I'm totally new at this and have never done this before and really need help.  Thanks to anyone who can help:)  gabbygirl1969

    Hi gabbygirl1969,

    No worries, let's see what we can do to get that file open! If what you've downloaded truly is a PDF file, all you need is the free Adobe Reader to open it. If you don't have Reader, you can get it from here: Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions. The installation is pretty straightforward. Once you have it installed, open the Reader application and choose File > Open, navigate to your PDF file, and click Open.

    If that doesn't do the trick, let us know and we can go from there.
