i'm unable to save my files on the cloud why is that ?

every time i try to upload my files to the cloud service a message pops saying an error occurred

    Hi albanderii,

    Are you trying to upload from Reader, or directly from https://cloud.acrobat.com? Have you been able to upload your files previously?

    For starters, let's try this:

    • Clear the browser cache and try again.
    • Try using a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
    • If you're using Reader, make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

    I'm actually using reader and i did check for updates and mine is the latest

    and i still can't upload them

    Hi albanderii,

    Please confirm that you have Reader XI (and not just the most current update of an earlier version of Reader, if that makes sense!).

    Then, log out of Reader, log back in and try again. Also, make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your ability to upload files to the Internet.

    Do you get the error with every file that you try to upload? Or is it specific to certain files? If so, how large are those files?

    We'll get there.
