I'm using a Macintosh computer.... Where do I find the tool to access OCR settings??????

When converting from PDF to Microsoft, language is all jumbled.  Apparently I need to  disable Text Recognition.  Where and how do I do that when using an Apple computer

    You can disable OCR only when you convert via Adobe Reader (there's no way to disable it when you convert via a web browser). Please see How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community
