    I have tried everything and nothing has worked.  What do I do now?

    Don't you get these contact options if you click on Sara's link:

    Are you signed-in with your Adobe ID?

    What happens when you click on the Chat or Phone options?


    I select chat. And someone will contact me. Can you please help me to cancel this membership? I am trying for a full day. I signed in and I could not turn off the payments.
