I am unable to access any of the features that I have paid for. Adobe is up to date on the current version. When I try to convert a doc it continues to tell me that this feature is being downloaded. It never downloads.

As you get the error, please try repairing the application installation. Ensure that you do not have an intermittent connection. In the application, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation. Reboot the machine once and check if you still get the same message.
