Hi,

I purchased the ability to convert a PDF document to Word. I asked about converting a Word 2007 document to a PDF and was told that the conversion facility I had purchased already covered that.

So my question is this: For the Adobe Acrobat software on my computer I see where it says "convert PDF to Word" but I don't see how I can get it to convert my Word document to a PDF. How do I do that?

Thanks,

Darien Gardner

Hi Dariengardner,

Edited-

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF registered under it.

Adobe Export PDFhttp://https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html  service let you Export a pdf file to word, Excel & PPT format it doesn't work vise versa.

It is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or you can use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Reader- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

If you were looking for the word to pdf conversion, then you need to change your plan to Adobe PDF Pack https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-pdfpack.html

You can do that from your Adobe account itself- Manage your Creative Cloud membership

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

The best way would be to use free online converters. But use the ones which also have a paid version in case you like the result and also those products usually have better results. In my case CoolUtils has been the best so far for converting PDF to word doc without any issues. Here they are: CoolUtils File Converters

They have both paid downloadable version and free online converters to help us out. PDF Converter: PDF Converter

However, you are quite right, if you have ExportPDF, that it does not convert Word to PDF.

Please tell us exactly what you paid for and what software you run. The names of things are very similar. The things you might be paying for include "PDF Pack" "ExportPDF" "Acrobat Pro" or "Acrobat Standard".
