    Hi Maria,

    I checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums, but I don't see any order history. Is it possible that you used a different email address when you purchased your software? Or, did you purchase Adobe PDF Pack via the Reader mobile app? If so, those purchases are handled through the app stores, and Adobe doesn't have record of them. Problems with in-app purchases need to be handled through the app store that you purhcased from.)
