This does not work for me. I purchased Acrobat Professional 10.0 It does not work. My order order number (AD014746339

    Hi Tshultz,

    The order number you reference is for Adobe PDF Pack (purchased today). Is that what you want to cancel? You also purchased Acrobat X back in 2012--but that is under a different order number, and is not returnable at this point.

    Would you like me to cancel your PDF Pack subscription?

    Yes, Please the product I bought in 2012 is not working either.

    I will cancel your Adobe PDF Pack subscription, but can't refund Acrobat. Is there an issue with Acrobat that we can help you solve?
