    Hi roattw,

Acrobat Pro is a full featured application used for Editing, Exporting, Securing PDF's files and many more features, where as Adobe Export PDF is a online Acrobat service used from converting PDF files to other supported file formats & vise versa using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or online on the web browser.
