Installed PDF converter to word to IMAC Yosemite but get error message " An error occurred while trying to access the services. What next? Do I need microsoft word installed on IMAC?

    Hi darrylt,

    The error you describe can occur when you try to access ExportPDF from Adobe Reader. If the error persists, please try logging in directly to the ExportPDF web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).

    You don't need Word to convert, but you may need it to view your converted files later.
