Is the membership Mac compatable

I checked your account to see what type of membership you have. Your Acrobat Pro subscription is definitely Mac OS-compatible (Acrobat Standard isn't available on Mac OS, but Pro is).

Please clear your browser cache and log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat. Before downloading your software, please disable any antivirus and make sure that you're logged in as an administrator.

If you're still having trouble downloading Acrobat, please let us know what issue you're encountering (do you get an error message? Does it start to download, and then halt?).
