Is the PDF pack for multiple devices?
I recently purchased the PDF pack (71.88 annually). Can this be used on my other devices?

The answer to your question is definitely Yes.
Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that can be accessed through any web browser, like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Here is a link for DC web service Adobe Document Cloud where you just need to Sign In with your Adobe ID and password.

Few features of PDF Pack service can also be accessed through free desktop app Adobe Reader DC. You can download it from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
