Is there any way that we can add search function?

Hello,

Is there any way that we can add search function so we can search if files sent to specific email address before?

Without search functions, it is very difficult to figure out if it was sent to specific person since list of people sent getting bigger.

Hi decommoditizer,

I am sorry there is no such feature to search if a particular file has been send to a particular person or not.

You will have to go through the emails individually to search.

However you can maintain a database in Excel or some other application to note which file is send to which user.
