Just tried to covert a file from adobe to word. It didn't work. Can you help me?

An error occurred while trying to access the service has popped up after trying to covert PDF file. Can you help me?

Yes, I really don't understand any of this. I just scanned a document from printer to PC. Opened it in Micro. Word but it needed to be converted. So I tried to convert from this website but nothing. I'm thinking of cancelling my Adobe subscription. Unless I can figure all this out.

I would recommend you to try converting using Export PDF Web interface ( The Most Reliable Tool to Convert PDF to Word or Excel | Adobe ExportPDF ) and let me know if you still face any issue.
