lost files

cant find any files that were lost when computer crashed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not able to find the files after the computer crashed, Is that correct?

If you have saved your files on Adobe Document Cloud storage, you can find the files through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

The record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription with your current Adobe ID, if you have saved all your PDF files to Document Cloud storage, you can view/download the files thorugh the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

If you have not saved the files on Document Cloud storage, sadly, there isn't much can be done to get the lost files.
