Hi how do i make my pdf doc uneditable

    Why? There's no indication that the OP has any cloud-based service, and it can't be done with those services anyway. A better place is one of the Acrobat forums.

    Hi Fleur

    Do you have Acrobat DC? If so you can protect your pdf with permissions which will prevent others from editing your pdf.

    Here's how:

    Open your PDF

    Select Protect from the side menus

    Select Encrypt with Password and say Yes when asked to confirm

    You can choose to set a password to allow someone to open the document.

    To  edit permissions select Restrict editing and printing of the document.

    You will see the options you can choose to allow to printing and editing the document from the drop down menus.

    Then type in a password in the Change Permissions Password area then click OK.

    The document has to be saved then to apply these new settings.

    Always check the document is secure before sharing it.
