Merge two Adobe accounts

Hi can anyone please help: I have two accounts - one from 2007 and one from 2014 and for convenience I would like to merge them into one account. Any help or instruction would be appreciated, thank you.

Please see Adobe ID, sign in, and account help. You'll need to Contact Customer Care, so that an agent can reconcile those accounts for you.

    I am having the same problem.... come on staff person.... how the heck can we get this done!!

      Does not work for me. I go in circles always come back from the spoecific to the unspecific. Drives me nuts

      No option to actually contact anyone by Email!
