My account is active, yet Adobe Export PDF keeps asking me to sign up again. The system has only worked once on my PC, using Vista OS.

My account is active, yet Adobe Export PDF keeps asking me to sign up again. The system has only worked once on my PC, using Vista OS.

    How are you using ExportPDF: directly on the website, or from Adobe Reader?  Did you sign in with your Adobe ID?

    When I open a PDF, a panel opens on the right hand side, identifying my PDF, with a greyed out section saying Convert word, IF I sign up, not IN. Does this help?
