My Adobe ExportPDF Annual Subscription Does Not Do the Job

In between starting the subscription I needed cardiac care and now am trying to use the subscription to no avail. Either it is garbled text or in text boxes or not usable. I no longer want the hassle. I will use other means to get the PDF into a usable format. How do I get out of this annual subscription. Deduct a months service charge if that works but refund the other portion. Thanks for any help in this process of canceling.

    Sara, thank you for handling this. 'Just' several smaller arteries were nearly clogged. Others have it worse, I'm sure. I appreciate your help, care and kindness.
