Need help with a subscription

I purchased a one year subscription to Adobe Export PDF in Dec 2017.  My Mac user account crashed and I had to reset up a different user account on the same device and am running successfully.  Now when I try to use Export PDF, it just sends me to the purchase Adobe programs window.  I still have until Dec 2018 on my subscription, but am unable to use it.

I have tried Adobe support, but they just tell me to try the forums and will not help me or refund the balance of my subscription.

Any help anyone can offer as to how I access and use my remaining Export PDF subscription?
