Hi,team.I have a problem viewing the sender's file link. After I enter my email address and password, the webpage prompts that my network is wrong. My network is normal, please help check.

This seems like weird behavior. Could you please confirm how you received the link to the file? Was it shared via email? Are you using Acrobat Reader XI on your desktop?

Please share the steps you take to open it. It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording of your steps.
