    Hi lynettec,

When you say Acrobat doesn't work in Firefox, do you mean that you can't view PDF files in the Firefox browser? If so, please see View PDF files in Firefox without downloading them | Firefox Help

If you're referring to the Acrobat online services, they are supported in Firefox, so I'd would need a little more information about what's happening to get to the bottom of the problem.

    Best,

    Sara

    Hi Lynette,

Are you able to combine the same files in IE that you're trying to combine in Firefox? What is the specific error that you get in Firefox? Is it possible that one or more of the files that you're trying to combine is either an unsupported format, or could be damaged?

    Best,

    Sara

Attached is screen shot of what I get in firefox

The second is screen shot from internet explorer.

These are the same files, they work in ie but not firefox.

    Help!
