no option to cancel the subscription

I've followed the instruction on this site Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services but sadly no option to cancel my export PDF? please anybody help me please.

Thank you for responding.

Yes, I did see the screen you just mentioned, but when I clicked 'Manage Plan', only a blank white page are shown with no option to 'cancel subscription'.

I think I purchased it directly on Adobe website.

The 'contact support' link is pretty much useless because it keeps looping to the 'cancel you subscription' page

There's no other way and I'm stuck in this situation, please help.

Also cannot cancel my month-to-month subscription as there is no option for me to on manage plans page. Cannot get through via phone and chat is always closed.
