Not getting the accurate conversion with Export pdf, a lot of garbled text.

I purchased Adobe Export PDF 3 days ago.  I have Windows 7 with Microsoft Word 2007 and have tried to convert several PDF files to Word, but I am not getting accurate conversions due to a lot of garbled text.  Is there a solution for this?

Hi Keithr,

As you are working with Export PDF service. Adobe Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with.

As mentioned that you have checked with different PDFs and the result is same, so would you please confirm the files you are working on does it contain any special font in it or these documents are scanned pdfs?

You may go through the Text is garbled in a converted file | Adobe Export PDF  which would give more clarity on this.

Also, would that be possible for you to share a sample pdf with us? We would like to test the same at our end.

I have attached the PDF file I was trying to convert to Word with Adobe Export PDF Annual. Actually I can't find any any option to attach a document.
