On 9/27/14 I bought Adobe PDF Pack Annual. Can not access it now. How to access it and does it serve the same purpose as Acrobat XI Pro?

Adobe PDF pack is an online service, kindly refer this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Yes, both can be used for PDF conversion and to create PDF, but Acrobat XI contains more features than PDF pack.
