One or more files could not be uploaded?

Hello, this is the 5th time I have tried to upload a zip file only containing .jps - it is just under 1gb so it is not a size issue. Why is this happening? I really need to get this uploaded so I can distribute the link.

    Hi veganice,

    Are you uploading the file to Acrobat.com? There is a 100 MB file-size limit for uploading files to the cloud.

    If you're using Adobe Send to distribute the file, there have been some issues with sending large files. If you're using Adobe Send, you could try sending the file via Adobe SendNow, which handles the larger files better.

    Do you mean the Send issue? Adobe Engineering is actively working on improving the upload experience, but I don't have a specific date when those updates will be pushed live.


    Watch the forums for updates, though! I'll post an announcement when there have been updates.
