I have just got a new laptop and downloaded Adobe acrobat reader and PDF from my account , the option to save to the cloud on the tool bar is not available on screen nor can i get any fixes of the tick general box etc as seen on here in previous thread. It is fine on my old laptop and shows up but not on the new and the save as button is also greyed out on the toolbar.

Thank you for the information.
It seems that you have attached a different file. Please share the screenshot.
Also, check the application preferences. Launch Acrobat and go to Edit menu > Preferences> General.
Check if the options "Show online storage when opening files" and "Show online storage when saving files" are enabled.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello Abambo, The options to save on other cloud providers are available, but the option for Abode is there but not working correctly. I have contacted Adobe several times, and they have not figured out what the issues are. Thanks for trying to assist.

I'm also having this issue with an updated acrobat pro app. There is no option for cloud storage available. I can access it online which indicates it's part of the account but I keep seeing an option available for a free 7-day trial... for something that I should already have access to.

Any resolution to this issue?
My circumstances:
- the latest version of Adobe Reader
- preferences set to allow online storage
- does not display Other storage locations or the ability to add other storage locations
- windows 11
- edge browser (latest version)
Help!
Thanks

I am sure the following answer won't help very much; I had to uninstall everything and reinstalled it again and it finally worked; please don't do that until you have run out of options
