hello I would like to cancel my order but I can not do it myself on my space. please deactivate my subscription, as I cannot use it.

I tried to cancel my free service before the ending time and they just ignored me and now the are saying I owe for one year . I even called and they was suppose to send me a code to unsubcribe but it never happen

I couldn't cancel the subscription because I didn't have access to it. they are on my account, and I do not use this application, please how do I get a refund?
