Ordered but not appearing in my account

Hi, I ordered the Abobe Export PDF Annual about 30minutes ago, and was signing up for the first time. The order went through successfully, but when i go to adobe pdf and log into my account there is no record of the purchase. The order number based on the confirmation that was given is AD006595457AU.

    Hi Aimee,

    I can see at my end that your order has been successfully placed.

    You can use the Export PDF services with latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions or you can use the services online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf .

    *Make sure that you login using your Adobe ID.

    If you are still not able to use the services, then it might be because of the pending order at the backend which can take upto 48 hours to process.
