Paid for subscription. File converted pretty well online but lost some formatting when downloading. How do I retain the online changes?

    Hi farb,

    Are you converting to or from PDF? In either case, the file should not have changed as you downloaded it. Can you please tell me a bit more about the file, the process that you're using, and the differences that you're seeing in the preview vs. the downloaded file?

    Converting from PDF to word.docx

    Everything converted but page numbers do not appear at the top of all of the pages. Also, there is a small figure in the header beside the page number that did not appear after download.
