pdf combine failed

PDF combine failed, 7 files, less than 50mb, internet explorer browser, combined type same files in the past.

First 3 files show as uploading others waiting until apparent timeout.

Does anyone else find these forums, un-helpful, and difficult to navigate ?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to combine PDF files, Is that correct?
