PDF DOES NOT CONVERT INTO WORD

I have a Adobe ExportPDF to convert PDF into Word , my subscription finishes in November 2018, yet when I try to convert PDF into Word it send me to website to purchase it when I try to purchase it says I already have it dont need to purchase again yet it will not convert my PDF into Word

Sorry for the delayed response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to export pdf, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Export PDF.

Could you let us know if you are trying to export pdf in Adobe Reader desktop application or online using a web browser?

If using Reader, make sure you are "Signed In" into the application with your correct email address. Also, check if you have the latest version of Reader installed on the machine using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu.

I'm facing the same problem.. Has somebody the phone number of the help desk as they are not answering this question on the forum?
