PDF file requires Document Permission Password

I am trying to print a pdf file with vouchers that come from Italy. It tells me to fill in my Document Permission Password. I have tried all possible passwords but nothing works. How do I get a new password for this to work? I need these vouchers because I have paid for them.

There is no way to open the PDF without the Permission password. Please contact your sender to provide you the password.
