PDF of form

I would like to have a document created (and possibly emailed to me) from the data that was collected from the form. Is that possible?

Hi;

Fill & Sign is not a data collection forms service and would not accommodate this workflow. It is really designed at this stage for a single user to be able to fill out a form that they need to fill, that user can then email, print or any other method of delivering or submitting that form.

Adobe does have another forms solution that does what you are asking, FormsCentral: Quickly & Easily Create Online Forms and Surveys | Adobe FormsCentral
