Sorry for the trouble you had to access the paid services of Adobe PDFPack. Try accessing the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari as the record shows that the current Adobe ID(email) is associated with an active subscription to Adobe PDFPack.
If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and facing issues, sign out and sign back in using your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, c

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and facing issues, sign out and sign back in using your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try converting the PDF files.
