I have basic PDF services and I want to convert to Word.  The drop down box is totally blank and not allowing me to choose what I want to do with my document.  What do I need to do to correct?

Hello kellyz14200349

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not able to convert a PDF file into Word file as getting a blank box, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to an Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, please use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. To download Reader use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For more troubleshooting steps, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
