PDF to Word loses formatting

I wrote a book that is in PDF format. Unfortunately, I cannot find the Word version. I purchased your services and converted the PDF to Word, but all the formatting changed. In addition, I used a watermark that I am unable to remove now.

    Hi SRBlom,

I'm sorry to hear that the conversion isn't what you expected. Please see this document for information about how ExportPDF handles conversion: Will Adobe ExportPDF convert both text and form... | Adobe Community

Do you remember how the PDF was created? It sounds like it may have been created by a third-party application, and may not contain all the information required to ensure a clean conversion. It may also be that the PDF contains fonts that aren't available in the ExportPDF font library. If that's the case, you may want to try saving it as Word from Acrobat, which will be able to access fonts stored locally on your computer. You can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

I just purchased a year membership with Adobe. Not sure what the difference is with all these programs. I thought I could convert with the basic program I have with you.

This document was not converted by a third party. It was probably something I did by mistake.

Would you mind attempting the conversion. Are you able to access my account?
